My life is currently consumed with breakfast smoothies, they’re just so tasty and filling. This recipe is really simple and will get your day off to a flying start!
Banana & Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
This will make roughly 2 pints – approx 330 calories per pint
- 2 Bananas (about 200g)
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 inch block creamed coconut – chopped or grated or 50g coconut milk
- 1 tbsp (15g) Chia seeds
- 125g vanilla soya yoghurt
- 500ml unsweetened soya milk
- Splash of lemon juice
Blitz it all together and enjoy
