Continuing on the theme of smoothie making on the fly let me introduce you to the red berry smoothie. I cannot stress enough how handy and cost effective it is to buy fruit frozen, especially for drinks and baking! The brand I have been buying recently, Crops, come in 300g boxes for as little as £1!


1 serving – approx 400 calories

  • 150g frozen red fruit (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, red & black currants)
  • 100g Alpro vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 banana (approx 100g)
  • 250ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 1tsp honey
  • A few mint leaves

Zap it all together and enjoy!
